Application for Fulton County Homestead Exemption

Deadline for submitting an application is April 1.

Failure to file by April 1^st shall constitute a waiver of the exemption for the current tax year.

Filing after April 1^st will apply the filing to the following tax year.



Example 1: Filing is submitted on March 31^st 2014. That exemption, if approved, will apply to the 2014 tax year.

Example 2: Filing is submitted on April 2^nd 2014. That exemption, if approved, will apply to the 2015 tax year.
